Blossom Within & Beyond Psychological & Therapeutic Services
About me
I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist (PYL039767), fully insured with professional indemnity cover and working in both the NHS and private practice in accordance with UK professional and ethical guidelines. I am also a registered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS – 238336) and the Association for Family Therapy and Systemic Practice (AFT – 65447450). Whether you’re struggling with emotional distress, family difficulties, trauma, or navigating challenging life transitions, I am here to support you. My aim is to help you better understand your experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience for long-term positive change. Together, we will work towards restoring balance, improving communication, and creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your challenges and begin your healing journey at your own pace. What sets my work apart is my diverse professional background and extensive experience across different settings. I have over 15 years of experience in the UK, working with individuals, children, couples, and families facing a wide range of psychological and relational difficulties.
I have significant experience supporting individuals with autism and ADHD, as well as working with families facing complex challenges, multicultural couples, and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I provide therapy in both English and Polish. My training includes Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Family Therapy and Perinatal Clinical Psychology. I specialise in working with mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality-related challenges. I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), CBT, DBT, Systemic Family Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy. This allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals. I have particular experience supporting parents who have experienced the loss of a baby, as well as individuals coping with trauma and complex grief. I also work with couples experiencing communication and relationship difficulties, helping them rebuild connection and understanding. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or struggling to find balance, you are not alone. Together, we can explore the patterns shaping your life and relationships, supporting you to heal, grow, and regain your wellbeing.
Change is possible with the right support.
